Do you deliver and set up the balloons
Yes! Our team delivers, installs, and styles everything on-site, so you dont have to lift a finger. We'll also arrange collection if props are hired.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Bridgwater and cover Somerset, Bristol, and the wider South West. For events further afield, get in touch - we may still be able to help.
How far in advance can I book?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance to secure your preferred date. For peak seasons (weddings, holidays, etc.), earlier is always better.
How long will the balloons last?
Our high-quality balloons typically last 2-3 days indoors and up to 24 hours outdoors (weather permitting). For long-term installs, we can advise on the best options
Can i customise the colours and style?
Absolutely - every display is bespoke. We can match your event colours, theme, and even create personalised touches like lettering, numbers, or logos
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understands plans can change. Deposits are non-refundable, but we're happy to reschedule your booking where possible if you let us know in advance.
